The surgery telephone lines are open from 8.00 am - 6.30 pm Monday-Friday. If you need to speak to a health professional outside of these hours please dial the emergency number 0845 408 8000. You will speak to a highly trained nurse who can advise you, arrange for you to see a Doctor, or arrange a Doctor to visit you at home if necessary.

The surgery doors are open from 8.30 am - 6.00 pm Monday-Friday. Our doors are locked for the first and last half hour of the day to allow our team of staff to open and close the building securely - for both their own safety and that of our patients.

From November 2009 we will be open on Saturday mornings - we will only see pre-booked GP appointments and the dispensary will be open. The telephone lines will not be open on a Saturday and we will not provide emergency appointments - emergencies will be dealt with, as always, by the Out of Hours Service whose telephone number is 0845 408 8000.

We are not open Sundays or Bank Holidays. Notices are always at the front of the building giving opening hours and the telephone number to ring in an emergency when we are closed.
