telephone appointments and view your medical
records online using the
surgery EMIS online system.

TELEPHONE APPOINTMENTS ONLINE
Online
appointments are for a
one 5
minute
telephone
consultation
with the doctor only and
not
for face-to-face
appointments. The telephone
appointment time is
approximate - you will be
phoned as near to the time
as possible.

Please note: Before you are able to
use this service you must first have
access to your personal registration
information.
FIRST TIME
REGISTRATION FOR EMIS ACCESS

OBTAINING YOUR
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Come to the Surgery in person with
photo-id and ask the receptionist
for details of how to register for
Emis Access and receive your
registration details then follow the
simple instructions below.

CREATE YOUR EMIS ACCESS ACCOUNT
Click on
https://www.emisaccess.co.uk/signup/signup_a.aspx
and follow the log-on instructions.
You will be asked to create an
account.
You will be prompted for your
personal login details, which will
be on your registration letter,
previously obtained from the
surgery.
You can then register and use our
online services.
