Patients Amenity Fund

We are grateful to the many patients who have contributed to this fund. The practice uses this fund to purchase and maintain items of additional medical equipment for use on our patients in Coleford and the surrounding villages. We have equipment such as spirometer machines (to help asthma sufferers), nebulisers, a state–of–the–art defibrillator, INR (warfarin doses), a tympanometer (help diagnose ear problems), 24hour blood pressure machines etc. All of this equipment helps reduce the need to attend local hospitals as well as giving us information much more quickly to help diagnosis.

This equipment would not otherwise be available without the generosity of our patients and their relatives.

Our patients' library is situated in the waiting room is also funded by the amenity fund and has a varied and interesting selection of books and videos for patients to borrow free of charge, feel free to have a look. To borrow a book or video just take it to reception and leave your name and contact number.
